Who we are
Le Cluck is run by Tori Bond. You can contact us at wearelecluck@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
When you use the form on this website, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), what you’re interested in and your message.
We use these details to reply to you. That’s our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
If you tick the box to hear about future courses and shows, we’ll also email you about them. That’s based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years, or until you ask us to delete them. If you opted in to updates, we keep your details until you unsubscribe.
Who else sees it
Nobody else uses your details. They’re stored securely with our website and database providers, who process them on our behalf. We never sell your details.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or stop hearing from us, at any time. Just email wearelecluck@gmail.com. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
