The Course
The 8-week Le Cluck course
Eight weeks. Eight people. One stage. A lot more confidence.
This isn’t a course for budding comedians (though you’re welcome). It’s for people who want to feel braver, using comedy as the way in. Groups are never bigger than eight, so you get proper time with Tori, and everyone knows your name by week two.
Sessions run one evening a week in warm, friendly venues in Portslade, near Brighton. No big, intimidating comedy club: that’s on purpose.
Week by week
How the eight weeks work
A warm, step-by-step journey from “I could never” to taking a bow, with Tori guiding every session.
- Week 1–2
Settle in
Games, laughter and getting comfortable being seen. Nobody is put on the spot before they’re ready.
- Week 3–4
Find your material
Your stories, your observations, the things only you can say.
- Week 5–6
Shape it
Turn ideas into a short set, with warm, honest feedback from Tori and the group.
- Week 7
Own the room
Delivery, timing and presence: the bits that make you feel confident anywhere.
- Week 8
Showtime
A live show for friends and family, raising money for a charity your group chooses.
What you’ll get
Come as you are. Leave a little braver.
four things everyone takes home
Confidence you can feel
Week by week, the knot in your stomach loosens. You’ll notice it in places that have nothing to do with comedy.
Your own voice
Not someone else’s jokes. Your stories, your take, your way of seeing things.
A group on your side
Never more than eight people, all as nervous as you were on day one. Friendships are a happy side effect.
A night you’ll never forget
Your graduation show, in front of friends and family, raising money for a cause you care about.

The charity show
Be brave for a reason.
Every Le Cluck course ends with a live show, and every show raises money for a charity the group chooses together. You’re not stepping on stage to be judged. You’re stepping on stage to do something good, and the whole room is on your side before you’ve said a word.
